Our Spanish client is an engineering company leader in the industrial niche sector in its market. Company´s international market was limited to multilateral organization’s bids.

We developed and implemented a plan to adapt company´s products and services to the international competitive market of high precision instruments. Specifically, we developed a market study of the US that allowed the client to identify clusters, prospects, allies, and markets. We guided the company defining marketing strategies and business procedures to compete in most US States. Today, the company is a fast growing infrastructure provider in Miami, New York, and Texas.
